I LOVE Halloween!! I haven't really dressed up since high school (unless you count wearing Dodgers jerseys), but I always want to. I really hope one day we will be able to afford those awesome costumes at the Halloween stores. Since Max was dressing up this year, I really wanted to wear something, anything this year! I didn't want to do it by myself though. It took some leg-pulling, but I finally convinced Bryan to dress up with me. Our costumes were cheaply made and super simple, but I'm so glad Bryan agreed to do it and I had a lot of fun! Last year Max was only a month old so we just stayed in and bought a ton of candy to pass out, but nobody came. This year we went to our ward Chili Feed and trunk-or-treat. We bought a huge bag of candy from Costco, but it wasn't nearly enough for all the kids that came so we had to close up our trunk about halfway through. We did do some trunk-or-treating ourselves and got a small stash for Max though (hehe, for Max...). I was Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff) from the Avengers, Bryan was Batman, and Max was the cutest little tiger in existence!
Max likes to try and climb up on the closet shelf.
Black Widow has red hair so we bought some red hairspray. It was a little brighter than I expected, but it was fun to wear nonetheless.
I liked wearing red lipstick :)
Max's camera face.
I made mine and Bryan's belts and symbols.
Max really liked eating the pumpkin centerpiece. I'm not quite sure where that thing ended up...
Happy Halloween!!!
Max loves exploring in the car.
Some of the kids from Bryan's Sunday School class that he teaches.
Max did really well the whole night considering he skipped his second nap. I love this kid.
