Mother's Day
Mother's day was right after Bryan's graduation, but he still managed to think of me :)
Max wearing PopPop's hat.
Splash Pads
The splash pads in Spokane Valley are far superior to the ones here in Utah (unless you want to pay money for the good ones).
Splash pad at Discovery Playground.
Splash pad at Greenacres Park.
Splash pad in Liberty Lake.
Coeur d'Alene, IdahoWe loved visiting Coeur d'Alene and were very pleasantly surprised to find this awesome new park built between the summers we went.
Hanging Out
It became tradition for Max and I to get some ice cream after a few hours at the pool.
The storms in Spokane are pretty superior to the ones in Utah as well.
Father's DayI'm pretty sure we had a pretty laid back Father's Day as well.
After I took this pictures Max kept asking me to take more and more, so I kindly obliged and have about 6 of these, each one sillier than the last.
WORLD CUPWe thoroughly enjoyed the World Cup this year and just writing about it is making me anxious for the next one! We would bribe Max with long lasting candy such as suckers, push pops, and ring pops during the Uruguay and USA games so Bryan and I could watch without too much interruption.
URUGUAY!!!!
USA!!!!
Bryan's diploma came in the mail!!!!!!!!!! Good luck reading it though, it is all in Latin.
Max loved watching the garbage truck arrive every Thursday.
4th of July
Mmmm...
We went to Liberty Lake to watch the fireworks for the first year since Max was born. Max ran around the ENTIRE time we were there until the fireworks started. He was having a blast being out when the moon came up. (The sun is up for such a long time in the summer that when Max goes to bed, it is usually still pretty high in the sky).
Looking at the moon.

Miss Spokane! Idaho doesn't have very good parks either.
